People don't realize how nice it is just to be treated kindly. I strongly believe that most people who are kind have worked in the service industry, so they know better than to act like as
sholes and treat service workers like their personal maids or automated machines to be "dealt with" until the end of the transaction or whatever. I love people that want to talk to me and acknowledge that I have a personality. I'm not just a drone.
