It increases the chance. Maybe it's just me, but I've never had unprotected sex with someone who boasted a long sexual history (not that it would make any difference, but still). Actually the only person I've ever had unprotected sex with was also someone who was a virgin til he met me. (Those were brave times - I'd never do something that stupid now.) STDs are like moldy leftovers on human beings. No thanks.
