I'm charged with battery. The police didn't really want to charge me with anything, but they had to since there was already a complaint filed, and I owned up to it, and I believe he even went to the hospital. The thing is, this waste of oxygen probably won't even show up in court. Even if he does, I really don't care. I'll take whatever penalty/fine that comes with it.
