Since this has something to do with accounts and all I think I have an idea to help with the bandwith problem. If you were to remove all the accounts that were created and the person got on and posted like 5 posts and hasn't been on for 6 months then that would remove a lot of wasted space. Bandwith is something to deal with threads not accounts.
