You are obviously more informed with regards to the Argentina side's specifics than we are, but why are you so sure Messi won't drag them through? Do you just not think he is as good as Diego Maradona was?
Surely as well the '86 side is far better than people give them credit for if a player compared with Maradona won't be enough this time around, based on the team's defence and not the player?
