For myself, I drink coffee black and that's how I like to make it. Can't have dairy so I've never had anything else but I don't want to. I like things to be concise, I don't want a bunch of syrups and cream or whatever getting in the way of the coffee's flavor. I use either an Aeropress or the pour over method, neither of which are actually complicated. Coffee is really all about the beans, how fresh they are, and making sure they're grinded right before you use them. Even a cheapo coffee maker will make a great cup if the beans are good enough. As for other drinks, I can make them but really I just feel like it's cheating the customer.
I wouldn't mind going to such a school though, I'd love to learn more about roasting coffee beans and stuff.
