the thing i like most about A Song of Fire and Ice is the politics....might have top look into this....is it something that i would have had to play the game first to really get?

so i finished it this morning....i got a little teary eyed at the end....about a half hour later the whole thing settled on me....and while wiping tears from my eyes i said "fuck s/he was absolutely right"...i would say this is his best work that i've read....so good that i just ordered a deluxe hardbound edition of the original with all the drawings (mine was just text)....which i think i'll return to in a couple of months

everything about this is the perfect Fairy Tale....but very much for adults....i loved every character and almost texted you when two of them died

i honestly don't think i've been as emotional attached to book in some time
