I could try to work something out with her. Part of me wishes that she would keep it as an heirloom, since it belonged to her mother who recently passed away last month. Her mother left the house and all it's contents to my friend, and she is going to sell the house after she sells the furniture that is inside (or most of it at least). So that includes the harpsichord.
