I guess, but most bands suck. Either way, all the more reason to have a 20-30 minute album. It's not as if it's literally lasting as long as a 90 minute album.
Longer albums literally give you more value, so IMO more length is always a better thing. After that, it's about the actual quality of the music. It ain't rocket science or anything. It's a pretty basic concept IMO. If you combined
Amber Grey and
Orphan, would the actual quality of the music be affected in any way? I don't think so. It would just be easier to get all 21 minutes worth of music.
