I say the same thing. It's funny, I say oh I'm a moderator on a music forum and people just go "oh yip" and that's it. It's not a common thing that people post on forums. None of my friends post on them, they don't understand what is the enjoyment of it. Facebook however, everyone is on. I find it utterly boring.
I've told my mom that I have internet friends and she says "cool". It's taken her a long time to accept that it's normal to be friends with people online that you've never met.
