First of all, if the manager thinks B cup and under are Hooter's quality then he is not a Hooter's quality manager and should be immediately put into the paper shredder.
Secondly, if you can't legally discriminate against girls for their breast sizes then that defeats the entire purpose of Hooter's. I guess technically you can't but the idea of a potential employee making an issue out of it is ridiculous. That person would be stupid and/or an entitled biatch. If you don't have big boobs don't apply to Hooter's. Period. We don't want you.
