General opinion on QOTSA: overrated band. And yes, that includes Songs For The Deaf. But I gotta hand it to Josh Homme: when he's on fire, he's REALLY on fire. It's a riff heavy album that sits a little closer to Kyuss than past material, so that bodes well for its shelf life as far as I'm concerned.
