lounge posts don't count because if they did people would spend hours/days/weeks here making silly threads and responding to non-musical ones, just to get their post count up. As Ki says, this is Music Banter, so if you really want to be seen as a serious member you need to post about music, that way your post count will reflect the amount of serious effort you put into the forum, as opposed to just goofin off as we do here in the lounge. We all hang out here, but most of us also post in the other main threads/subforums and/or keep journals. It's a place to kickback but not a place to stay forever.
