Is it a modern song or real Soul or Funk?
You might only know a certain part of the song, did you hear it in an advertisement?

I would recommend you to listen to Safe and Sound by Capital Cities, it's used quite often nowadays. It has a trumpet, piano and background singers in it, also the rhythm of your "duh" could match. I wouldn't categorize that song to Soul or Funk, since Capital Cities is an Indie-Pop-Duo.
