No I was being objective with that post.
Gene Simmons talks alot bs about other artists that isnt true. He personally attacks other artists and I dont think thats cool. Its classless and tacky but that has nothing to do with why I think the band is overrated.
For instance, Prince is a ******* towards his fans but I will always LOVE him because he is a great musician and he makes good music. So I know how to seperate the two as well as add the two.
Kiss on the other hand were average musicians who were brands. They were popular during the late 70s, early 80s because of their brand but if you really objectively critique their music and their musicianship it is really average and not that impressive. If you like them thats fine but I personally am not impressed with them.
