I completely agree. She was way out of line. She is good friends with Britney spears who had a melt down with some form of mental illness (depression?) years ago and her making fun of people who have public mental illness issues is really disrespectful! She should apologise for her tweets, but she doesn't have to answer to O'Conner because of her being called a prostitute. O'Conner should have contacted Miley in private not out in the public eye! I have a feeling O'Conner is desperate for attention and being relevant so she picked on the most talked about young adult right now so she could get interviews and attention.
