Well, Cruz lost and govt is funded through Nov 15 with Obamacare being funded. However, because the bill in the Senate and House differ, it will get kicked back to the House for another go-around to be voted on Tuesday which could and likely will result in a partial shutdown of the govt since the teabags refuse to compromise and insist everything must be their way or no way. The culprits are Cruz, Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul--the guys whom the GOP is contemplating as their front-runners for president in '16. You can now see what chance they have of winning.
