I will keep this in mind, i think my lady does this anyway when she makes it just because she lluuvs cornmeal. I actually discovered, though, that just flower makes for pretty nice chicken if you like a lighter crisp, which can be nice for tenders.

Sounds about right, i don't really do oregano if i recall, but more like paprika and red pepper for some kick.
