Big Sean
2013
GOOD Music | Def Jam
Overview:
4/5 stars.
Big Sean does not seem to disappoint. Supposedly this is an album for entrepreneurs, we say half of it. As for it being a classic, it is somewhat close to being one in our books. During the first listen we did hear a few well used transitions between tracks to help the acknowledgement of a classic that flows smoothly from track to track. Even from Freaky to the end of Sierra Leone there is a story. It might not have been a formulated plan, but what we heard was Big Sean getting with a M.I.L.F. to in the end find out what she was really there for; his overpriced goods. Whether meant to be like that or not, this entire album is definitely worth a listen without skipping around.
I select key tracks and key in on them. A link to this review is in my signature.
