Good thread, if I think of something I'll post it in here. I have a question though, how do I know if my skin is dry or oily or whatever? And how do I pick a moisturiser based off of that? I am a man btw.
Cheers guise.

I have done this before and it surprised me how much it hurts. I've waxed my legs before too just to see if hurt and it was fine but this made me wince and my eyes watered.
I think I've got good eyebrows though, been complimented on them before and I don't have the dreaded monobrow

Real, just eat good. You end up pissing them out. Vitamin supplements are a waste of money, most vitamins can only be absorbed properly in food form. I used to take them quite a lot, stopped taking them and feel no different.
Vitamin companies are scamming y'all.
I do take a magnesium supplement sometimes to help my sleeping though.

I used to love these and ate 2 a week. Will never eat one of these again though. That time I got food poisoning from one was agony.

I've seen studies claiming the opposite regarding weight loss though so that might just be a myth. However it's nice with some honey and ginger or with a bit of lemon.
