Hi, it's actually an inside joke where I work.
If you work in an ER, you would know what it meant. Nothing gross or dirty. When a patient is intoxicated, the triage nurse often writes "+AOB", verbalized as "Positive AOB". The "+" is just shorthand for a significant finding on physical exam (you write "-", or negative, when a pertinent finding is absent). "AOB" is shorthand for "alcohol on breath". So when a patient is intoxicated we often say, "patient is positive AOB".
I used it as an email address as a joke, and thought it would be a good name for the several forums I have joined.
