hit for plateau'ing around 300. He pissed me off so much with that. I was in way better shape and could carry the weight better than when I started. I had more muscle and with all the cardio I was doing. I was damn sure healthier than when I started with him. I'm like this guy is a dumb motherf
ucker if he doesn't realize that my bodyfat percentage is lower and I'm healthier than I was before. He was convinced that I was eating s
hitty food and that's why I wasn't losing weight which wasn't true either. I don't regret much in life but I definitely regret paying him any money.
