Absolutely not. Abs are the last muscle to show. First they have to be big enough that you can actually see them. Even with heavy steroids no human has ever gotten ripped in 4 weeks.

I don't even bother working my abs to be honest. The aspect of having to have something like < 6% body fat and having to diet to see results is too much like effort.
Besides as long as you do regular cardio and eat moderately well, your body fat won't be be giving you a gut, and that's fine.
