Because you're acting defensive about your opinion, when it's not an opinion that I share, and I don't have to defend my opinions since they don't reinforce harmful attitudes or show nastiness to strangers for no reason, or when I don't give the slightest **** about what the person asking why I hold the opinions that I do, thinks of me as a person
I know better than to think that it has any bearing on my opinion of myself, since my opinions on myself aren't as fluid as my identity.
Why are you trying to call into play my own misdeeds to defend your opinion? Are you embarrassed about your opinion or what?
