It doesn't "hurt", but it sure does surprise the f*ck out of me, and it makes me elicit a pretty loud "F*CK!", which is probably somewhat unprofessional.
It wouldn't be bad if I knew what was causing the charge. Then I could anticipate. But I don't know what it is. I've done everything. I cannot figure out how I'm charging up. And if I avoid touching anything I know that at some point, when I'm not thinking about it, I will ground myself and say f*ck.

If this goes on, people will start to suspect I have Tourette's.
