Phantasio, I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, you need to get out of that job before it kills you or takes your soul, or both.
Have you approached anyone about your writing, or even tried publishing it yourself for profit? I'm really impressed with your journal; I'm sure people would pay to read that. Seriously.
