@FETCHER Didn't you say you struggle to sleep without it?
Get up really early and tire yourself out in the daytime. Would buy some Nytol as well, it's not effective if you use it regularly but will help you for the first couple of days. Have a bath with this too -
JOHNSON'S® BEDTIME® Bath | JOHNSON Was recommended to me by a friend. It is for babies but I use it cos I have insomnia sometimes. I didn't think it would work but it does, a magnesium supplement can help you as well, it won't make you fall asleep but it will help you stay asleep once you're off, something to do with muscle relaxation, might be better to get it from a food source instead of capsules though -
How Magnesium Helps You Sleep If you take capsules (I have done) and you still can't sleep, don't take more the same night as it can give you a bad stomach, diarrhoea etc. Take it with food as well as you absorb more of the, err, "goodness" that way. I know someone with ME who couldn't get a decent night's sleep for years and magnesium for them was a godsend.
I agree with Fred though, I don't think there are any
real tips. I got lucky when I quit then kinda grew out of it. Getting to sleep is the hard bit imo, I really used to struggle with that when I couldn't buy any weed.
Good luck
