I agree with this, I know I certainly would have an immensely difficult time doing this in any genre, but it also seems perfectly evident to me that this is exactly what he's done, and that's why I find this thread so amazing and extraordinary. His personal involvement in each of the 80-90 bands he's listed so far comes shining through from my perspective.
