Okay, this is what I don't get. Neighbour says she heard shouting all day from the house, then defence says she couldn't have as her house is too far away from BR's (about 600 metres --- IS that too far? If someone's shouting and banging walls etc could you not hear from that distance?) and now they're saying they can't prove he didn't put on his legs before going to the bathroom to "challenge the intruder" --- how else would he have got there?
And the latest is that the prosecutor admits that he can't find any fault with what Pistorius says he did; he can't prove he's lying.
Is this guy gonna get away with this?
