Hope not, unless it's a gay marriage! Ped is female...
As for me, I watch TV every day pretty much, but I use the Sky Plus system so just record everything I want to watch and then play it back later. As a lot of my time is spent on my journal I tend to only allocate a few hours a day for telly, though I usually watch it while eating (breakfast, dinner etc) and maybe for an hour or so before bed. There are days (few) when I'd sit for hours in front of the box but usually only if I wanted to catch up on some programmes I had been missing or if I was tired/sick.
I generally don't do telly through the PC mostly because where my desktop is located it would mean I'd have to sit in my computer chair at the desk to properly see the tv, whereas my set is at the foot of my bed, so I can just lie on the bed and relax and watch it. When my old telly blew and I had to get a new one, and messed up putting the stand together, necessitating having to return it and go without TV for about a week, I did use the PC but it was awkward trying to balance my dinner on my lap and watch sort of at an angle: not comfortable.
