I really wish my managers didn't feel the need to come up and grab the back of my chair and announce that it's time for me to go to break when I'm on a call, after already announcing that my team was set for break. AND I turned around, while on my call, acknowledged them, and then continued. Seriously. I heard them, and there's no reason they shouldn't understand that I heard them. I'm all,
I've seriously heard QAs of mine where you can hear faintly in the background, "Break time," or "Lunch." It's ridiculous.
