An urban drama that really took me by surprise. The story is cliched concerning London inner city youths struggling with poverty and violence etc but the writer/director certainly has a really bright future as the film looks superb, was imaginatively shot and is almost poetic in parts with it's B&W photography and unusual shooting angles.
Don't expect some sort of mock gangster type of film. It's more like a kitchen sink drama with chav's instead of hard working Northen folk but there is some real emotion in the film as well as an experimental bent.
