Up to the individual to decide whether those comments are racist. There is definite xenophobia in the Nigeria comment so I wouldn't put it past her meaning black people with the 'motherfuckers like you' comment.

EDIT - Forgot to add, the 'racist' is there as I lifted the headline from the Daily Mail (UK tabloid reporting this story) so that's why I put the asterisk there.
I actually thought she looked biracial so that certainly makes the situation weirder. Anyway, even assuming she's a horrible racist bitch, he's still in the wrong for hitting her.
