I thought my question would fit under the tag avantgarde or experimental, but let’s see if someone can help me. I'm trying to identify the music of a couple of reports on arquitecture and fashion I had on a videotape from the mid-80s, from a TV show called Metrópolis in Spain. Artists like Tuxedomoon, Wim Mertens, Ryuichi Sakamoto or Philip Glass used to illustrate these kind of reports. The first tune I'm searching for is a frenetically percussive track mixed with a thin and dry post-punky guitar and some keyboards.

And the other one starts aproximately at 1:40 (before that mark, there are two songs by 23 Skidoo I already identified), it’s a melancholic waltz over an old organ and a melody played with a wind instrument
