I think the conspiracy about songs being played backwards that have "hidden message" are interesting sometimes. I know the beetles songs being play backwards about Paul's death is fake, but the other popular ones are kind of creepy as hell to listen to. I absoluty HATE listening to Stairway to Heaven backwards. That one is the most chilling one of all.

@slappy - I think the 'hidden messages' in some songs played backwards are just myths, but I have a few on my iPod I can listen to backwards and the normally-distorted vocals are actually saying something forwards - which means they were backwards in the forward version. A bit trippy, really... But I think some songwriters are clever and like to throw stuff like that in for fun, haha.
