Honestly, I think it's genius. It shows the iGeneration will bop to anything and everything if it is promoted. Everyone seems to think it's cool because everyone else thinks its cool.
I think it's like Steven Colbert. People act like he's wayyy edgier/funnier than he is because everyone else thinks he's funny. Guy is an a-hole, just like Gangnam.
I saw a really cool parody made near the Rose Bowl. Cool because I live near it.
I wish I could explain my mom's reaction. Personally insulted that it was Korean. She thinks everything Korean is good. Now she is pretty traumatized. Has to rethink everything.
