I just watched a video linked to that page which had an interview with her mother (who was in the Jeep with her) who just flat out lied to the reporter, telling him that it was the first time they had ever done that. Not only do the people in the neighborhood say otherwise, but it's pretty obvious this was something she did on a regular basis based on the fact that the bus driver was sitting there waiting to get a video of it and the cop car was sitting there waiting to pull her over.
