Basically just various economic theories I've heard in recent times. I'm no economist, I'm just going by what I hear. Whether or not it is true remains to be seen, but I believe it is. Our economy is in the tank.

This is mostly just based on weather patterns here in KY. It's getting really cold, really fast. We're basically skipping fall and heading directly into winter. I have absolutely no scientific evidence for this, it's just a gut feeling. Also, for whatever it's worth, I was seeing birds migrating south while we were still in the dead heat of summer... that makes absolutely no sense to me, and it makes me think that winter is coming, as the Starks like to say.

Eh. If you knew a lot of crazy "the south will rise again" people and you saw all the political talk going on, you might start thinking a civil war was coming, too. And yes, I know there are civil wars all over the world, I'm not an idiot. I keep up with the goings-on in the world.

Maybe I'm just a pessimist and assume the worst at all times. I don't know. Don't particularly care, either. I think what I think, and if none of it happens, great. If it does... I'll try my best to survive.
Anyway, dogma or not, I'm just throwing my worthless opinion out there. I've got to do more than lurk at some point, I figured now would be a good time to wander over to a thread to post.
