There isn't a safe way to use Marijuana, because however you consume it, it can still trigger psychological trauma through heavy use. The only difference is that you can consume it in a way that is less instantaneously damaging. And lets face it, if pot WERE legalised people blatently wouldn't be ensuring they only consume it through cake, they'd be lighting up their joints and blunts. Consider that a single joint, on the same terms as a single cigarette, is three times worse for you, a blunt must be abysmal for your health. So yeah, pot is more damaging than tobacco.
