Is anyone able to read this sheet music please?

NOTE: This is not a song, i was sent this attachment as a puzzle to extract the digits. I have very limited knowledge in reading music but was hoping if someone could help me out!

There are 15 measures, 1 digit per measure. Add the notes based on whether they are ABCDEF or G, and whether they are whole, 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8th notes

Any help appreciated!
