anticipation

I guess I've just been around people who talk, think, and live that reality every day for too long to be amused by it. Our culture is much more exploitative towards the youth than it once was, and the proliferation of sex, drugs, money, and alcohol in popular media obviously shapes the way these young idiots think. That's just the thing though, there will always be idiots and they people who think life is a competition probably would've been idiots in the 60's, 50's, or 40's too. I don't really have the same qualms with it as the rest of you, sex is beautiful and a natural act that shouldn't be demonized or perceived as shameful just because you choose to lose your virginity at a young age. I just didn't think it was funny, or I just didn't understand the humor in it.
