I am not expert on Muse as you are guys, and not a hardcore fan too.
But I listen to the whole album on some music site 3 or four times and I think that some tracks are excellents.
Liquid state imho is a GREAT, emotional song with a damn catchy and melodic riff on a powerful base.
The quality of the sound is far beyond the average recording you listen to today.
As players the Muse are first class and the bass lines are incredible.
