One legged squats will be the death of me. My arms are still hanging off my from Tuesday in the gym. Trying to build my upper body strength up so I can do a push up and generally haul my own weight around.

Yea leg training can be a female dog. Martial Arts helps make it fun. Weights, squats, lunges, etc. are a bother.
It's the other way around for me. Strong upper body, weak lower.
