Lots of bands fuse together many different styles of music. One of the batter examples that I can think of is Mr. Bungle. All three of their studio albums are extremely diverse that use jazz, classical, ska, rock, doowop, metal, bebop, and is tied together by an overall avant-garde style. Here's a few of their songs:

The Air Conditioned Nightmare (California)
There's also John Zorn's work that also does some insane genre fusing. Take Spillane for example, it's got it all!
That's all that immediately comes to mind for me, and it really depends on whether or not you're talking about albums with songs that utilize several genres within each song or album or over their discography.
