I'm a fan of all three of these as well. I'm not super into Foo Fighters, but "Everlong" is a

Totally agree about the Ministry golden era songs, and I'd probably add "The Missing", "You Know What You Are", "Thieves", "Jesus Built My Hotrod" and "Hero" to that list.
