Vangelis does some lovely relaxing music, like this one from "Apocalypse des animaux" (the album is short, and mostly like this)

or Jean-Michel Jarre (there are boppier, more uptempo tracks on the album that your clientele might not prefer, but this is fairly sedate all the way through)

But one of my favourites for relaxing music is the organic melodies of a man called Gandalf, a composer from Austria

Also, if you check under "new age music", that's usually quite peaceful and instrumental, also "ambient" (but be sure to put in "slow" or "soft", as some ambient music can be quite jarring). Hope that helps a little.
