Dylan opened everyone up to new possibilities when it came to songwriting. Ive yet to find anyone before Dylan who was writing songs like he was. And I'm not talking about the songs on his first couple albums that we're pretty typical folk albums.
I was actually just making a joke about the fact that the song "Mr. Tambourine Man" is still a readily available piece of music for anyone who wants to listen to it.
