Everything's relative. "Best team ever", in what sense? As a National team throughout football history or as a certain generation of players?

Regarding the latter, we must remember, for instance, Brazil in the 60's (

Pelé, Garrincha, Didi, Tostão...) or the Netherlands in the 70's (the Clockwork Orange). But there is an obvious problem: we haven't seen many of those distant matches (and there are not enough recordings

), so we can't judge for ourselves.

Anyway, I will tell my grandsons about "those days of glory".
