i love Helmet

personally i recommend Strap It On.....it's raw, unclean and just mean and it has this gem on it

which in my humble opinion is pure noise rock genius

but in all honesty their opus is Meantime....not a bad track on it.....and every song more pummeling than the previous one.....my only gripe is that it's just over a half hour long....way too short
