It's something called a Glow-worm, don't think that will make any sense to you? We've had it for over a decade now, so it's not that surprising it's developing some sort of fault. Still, you expect these things to last longer...

Haha of course I know Glow-Worm its actually one of the best around for its price range, I don't think the older ones were that great but now they are one of the best boilers around, I have a Glow-Worm and I think its great and easy to use. It was recommended by several people and also the plumber.
